Hi Friends!
Spring is in the air and the best time to live in New England is upon us. While you plan trips to the Cape and Maine this summer, don't forget to keep up with your practice. It can be tempting to let practice fall to the wayside as schedules fill up and the air gets thicker and hotter. This time of renewal in nature can remind us to renew and rejuvenate our own bodies and minds. Take your cue from the blossoming trees and flowers and ask yourself how you can foster your own new growth this spring. Advice I could stand to take myself!
